With almost 150 staff in multiple offices in NSW and QLD, this company works with a wide range of family businesses, SME, hospitality clients, government agencies and non-for-profit clients etc. They are known for their innovative thinking and their strong experience across the financial spectrum.
The Role
Your role as a Supervisor will be to manage workflow across the team and supervise and oversee team members. The office has an Offshore Team as well, which is fully engaged with the business and which joins in on huddles in the mornings. You will ad value from your previous experience in Compliance and Tax and pass on your experience to the more junior staff.
Further Responsibilities
- A proactive approach to developing and maintaining client relationships for a broad group of clients from business owners to professionals from a diverse range of industries
- Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and all client expectations are met
- Working closely with clients on a range of business advisory needs including business restructuring, tax planning and cash flow management
- Working with other specialists to provide a full range of services to clients
- Identifying business development opportunities and referral networks
The Applicant
- 3-5 years’ experience in Business Services & Tax
- Some experience within Professional Services is essential for this role
- Degree Qualification in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field is desirable
- Professional qualification, CPA/CA is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills to negotiate and influence and build strong working relationships
- Management skills and an engaging personality
